Turning a house into a home.
I’ve been around home renovation since I was born. My dad put weeks of work into the modest Oklahoma house my parents purchased shortly after my arrival. When our family relocated to Kansas for dad’s career, he spent months of nights & weekends lovingly transforming the unfinished basement into a beautiful family room, office, and the bedroom that I would call home until I moved for college.
Of course, when I was old enough, I got to help! Whether it was painting the house, replacing siding, patching drywall, or climbing up on the roof to check on the shingles after a bad storm, we were never short on projects.
Now, as a home owner myself, I have experienced the stress of discovering a leak, having a light fixture stop working, or wondering how I can find the time to address some lingering maintenance issue.
At the same time, I understand the excitement of having a vision for my home! Something as simple as a fresh coat of paint or a new faucet can transform a living space - helping others maintain and improve their home is my passion!
